Instant Virtual Office Solution™
A unique blend of virtual and physical space for your employees. For those able to work from home, we will ship Broadband-Enabled laptop configured with MSOffice, Virtual Private Networking, and a VoIP phone to each employee. They just turn them on, and they are ready for business. For those not able, or not desiring to work from a home location, we will arrange one of the many options available using our Business Recovery Network.™
Your servers are covered too. We will ship servers to your pre-determined location, or host them in our state-of-the-art co-location facility. We are the only company to offer this unique blend of collocation, physical office space, and virtual office solutions.
Business Recovery Network™
Another industry first, we have built a network or thousands of private and public businesses, retail and commercial leasing companies, hotels, churches and more; ALL with space available in the event of a disaster.
Here is how it works. Any company with available space may register with the network for free. Space options may include conference rooms, extra offices, retail locations, warehouses, full training centers, large open spaces, or even empty lots for mobile trailer or tent offices.
The company will list available space, location, on-site amenities such as existing internet access, copy machines, furniture, and cost per-square foot, per day or week. Companies posting their available space will follow basic pricing guidelines. You may even post your own space in the table.
When you call and declare a disaster event, we will assess the needs for physical vs. virtual office space, and quickly locate the closest most cost-effective resources for you. The result may save you thousands of dollars over traditional short-term leasing and mobile trailer offices.
The Business Recovery Network also operates our own recovery centers, providing you with local space and internet access.
We of course also have access to thousands of mobile offices through-out the country, ready to be deployed on a moment’s notice. SO, no matter what your need is, we have you covered.
Some companies may promise you mobile offices, but what they fail to mention is that many municipalities require building permits before you may set up a mobile office. Our blended offering is designed to overcoming any situation that may arise.
Versatile Server Recovery
Unlike others that only offer to ship you servers, we determine the best course of action for you. Perhaps your office space is fine, but your server room is flooded, then on-site servers may be best for you. Perhaps, you have physical space, but no connectivity. In that case, it may be best to provide a combination of hosted servers in one of our off-site centers, while providing Satellite or Broadband Internet Connectivity to your office.
Power
Thousands of generators across the country are at our disposal. However, we will not simply ship you a $2000.00 per week generator. We will first make sure it is the best option for you, looking at all local resources to determine the quickest way to get you back in business.
Communications
From satellite access to a unique blend of Broadband and VoiP phone systems, we will get you back up quickly. Within hours, we can have a temporary phone system in place, and ship out your VOIP phones, complete with incoming and outgoing faxes. Your incoming calls can be routed to the phones provided, or a virtual office can be created using existing phone systems. Whatever the situation, we have a solution that fits.
Connectivity
While many companies will offer you only satellite connectivity, they fail to mention the high-costs and low speeds of satellite internet access. We offer a host of options, working with Wireless providers, low-orbit satellite providers, and traditional satellite systems. Plus, with our Business Recovery Network™, we may be able to quickly locate internet-ready facilities for you.
